Our story
Veraison Wines is a wholesale distributor of premium Australian wines founded by Sam Biddle in 2012 following a career in sales, marketing and senior management with some of Australia’s leading wine companies.
Veraison was founded on a simple philosophy: to bring together outstanding producers of Australian wines and our extensive network of trade customers – the result being the development of strong and successful wine brands while adding value to businesses of our off- and on-premise trade partners.
Our success is built on our people, a team of passionate industry professionals who are as dedicated to customer service as they are to the brands they represent.
Veraison – just a name? ‘Veraison’ is the viticultural term referring to the change in colour of grape berries during the onset of ripening, and signifies the growth and development of the wineries we proudly represent.
